Job Description:

The position will provide technical and production support for the ministries of One Hope Church. This position will lead the technical and creative production of Sunday morning worship services while assisting in pre and post-production of all creative and technical elements. This position will also oversee/maintain all production equipment throughout One Hope Church, assist all ministries including Students/Children/etc. in providing weekly experiences at a high level of production quality, recruit/equip volunteers to lead, and assist with various other creative/technical tasks.

Reports to: Director of Worship & Operations

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

1. Tasks and Responsibilities Include

   • • Facilitate the production process of on-site and online worship services.

     • Maintain the necessary technical and production equipment infrastructure.

     • Provide technical and production support for all ministries of One Hope Church.

     • Recruit, develop and equip teams to produce on-site and online services.

     • Assist in creating worship environments with stage design, lighting, and video across multiple environments.

     • Manage the use of teaching graphics, slides, lower thirds, etc.

     • Manage Stage Designs throughout the year.

     • Provide assistance in planning and executing Creative/Production event support in all ministries including Adults, and Next Gen.

     • Film and edit weekly announcement videos as well as additional video content.

     • Troubleshoot AVL gear as needs arise.

     • Work in conjunction with Communications Manager to produce creative content as needed.

     • Assist with various additional creative/technical tasks at One Hope Church.

2)    Ideal candidate would have a working knowledge of, or ability to learn

• • Apple Computers and Mac OS operating system

  • Video Production and Video Editing/Encoding Software (Final Cut or Adobe)

  • Live Camera Directing and Video Switching with Blackmagic Design Software/Hardware

  • Worship Production software - ProPresenter

  • Lighting Design and Control

  • Online Video Platforms: YouTube and Vimeo
