You may ask, why 40 days? When you look at scripture, there are numerous events attached to the number 40. Just a few examples...

It rained for 40 days and nights while Noah was in the ark.
Moses was with God on the mountain for 40 days.
The Israelites wandered for 40 years in the desert.
Jesus fasted in the wilderness for 40 days.

In Scripture, the idea of 40 is associated with themes of preparation and transformation. Starting January 5, at 5 p.m. in the Worship Center, we will begin an intentional 40 days of prayer. Our prayer is that this focused time will build your relationship with God and prepare you for what He has for your life in 2025. Join us!
